We are recruiting experienced chefs of all levels, from CDP to Lead Chef, to work on match days throughout the season. The site features a variety of kitchens.

You will work as part of a chef brigade to ensure successful service under the guidance of your lead chef, working on A section and assisting where needed.

Experience in large-scale banqueting is preferable, but candidates with a minimum of 3 years of chef experience in fast-paced environments are encouraged to apply. Hardworking, skilled chefs with great attitudes are always welcome.

Pay ranges from Β£15 – Β£20

This depends on the role, client, and experience

You also have the option to work at other venues/events and choose your shifts freely.

Requirements for the role

  • Valid Food Safety Level 2 & Food Allergens certificates – we can provide if needed.
  • Preferably an NVQ Level 1, 2, 3 in Professional Cookery (or equivalent) OR relevant experience.
  • Team player
  • Enthusiasm to work hard and a positive attitude
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Own knives in a knife case
  • Uniform – chef whites, trousers, safety shoes, and optionally your own apron

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Cook according to specifications and participate in menu creation
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness to the highest standards
  • Ensure product quality, standards, and innovation
  • Coordinate with front-of-house staff and management
  • Manage stock, waste, and finances
  • Adhere to health & safety, food hygiene, and maintenance regulations
