Arc is looking for experienced Bar Managers to join our growing London management team, working across a huge range of live events, festivals and venues. If you’re confident leading busy bars, thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and know how to keep a team motivated when the pressure is on, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading teams across busy, high-volume bars
- Managing fast-paced service and keeping operations running smoothly
- Supervising bar set-up, service and close-down
- Managing team deployment, queues and stock
- Maintaining licensing and responsible service standards
- Motivating your team and delivering excellent customer service
- Working closely with venue, client and Arc management teams
What we’re looking for:
- Valid Personal Licence – essential
- Previous Bar Manager or Supervisor experience – essential
- Proven experience in fast-paced, high-volume bar environments
- Experience at events, festivals, stadiums, arenas or busy hospitality venues is highly desirable
- Confident leading and motivating teams
- Strong knowledge of licensing and responsible alcohol service
- Calm, organised and confident making decisions under pressure
- Reliable, professional and a strong communicator
- Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
