What you'll be doing (and owning!)
- You'll run your hub like a business, with responsibility for people, operations, and growth:
- Lead, coach, and inspire your Liverpool based People Ops team to deliver seamless staffing and recruitment solutions across Liverpool and surrounding areas.
- Devise recruitment strategies, forecast targets, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and welfare, ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
- Drive new business and maximise existing client accounts through strategic planning and relationship management.
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.
- Champion Arc's social, environmental, and community initiatives, managing budgets and supporting hub financial targets.
- Conduct appraisals, coach your team, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.

- Full UK driving licence + regular access to a car (site visits across the region).
- Right to Work in the UK.
- Proven leadership in people operations, staffing, or recruitment.
- Have hospitality or events staffing experience in the area/s listed.
- Are familiar with workforce management or scheduling platforms.
