We are looking for experienced chefs to work on an ongoing contract, Mon-Thurs, 11.30am - 7.30pm.
Wages: £16phr + £1.93 holiday pay = £17.93phr
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Cook to specification and opportunity for menu creation.
- Product Delivery, Standards and Innovation.
- Cleaning the kitchen & its equipment.
- Due diligence, Record food/fridge temps & wastage.
- Liaising with Front of House Staff and Management.
- Stock Control, Waste Management and Finance.
- Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Maintenance.
- Be aware of and adhere to Health and Safety at Work, COSHH and other legislation at all times.

What you need:
- Food Safety Level 2 certificate - From last 3 years.
- Food Allergen certificate - From last 3 years.
- Health & Safety Level 2 - From last 3 years.
- You will have an NVQ Level 2/3 Professional Cookery or relevant experience in the role.
- Good Knowledge of food and passion for delivering high quality, affordable, on-the-go and sit-down meals.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- An eagerness to work hard & enthusiasm for your role.
