We are currently looking for experienced Chefs to join our team on an ongoing contract.

This is a great opportunity for chefs looking for regular work, competitive pay and the flexibility to work across a variety of venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cooking to specification, with opportunities for menu creation and innovation.
  • Maintaining consistently high food quality and presentation standards.
  • Preparing and serving a variety of meals.
  • Keeping the kitchen and equipment clean and maintained to a high standard.
  • Completing due diligence, including food and fridge temperature checks and wastage records.
  • Working closely with Front of House teams and management.
  • Supporting stock control, waste management and cost control.
  • Following all Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and COSHH requirements.
  • Ensuring all relevant legislation and company procedures are followed.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Previous professional experience as a Chef.
  • NVQ Level 2/3 Professional Cookery, or relevant experience.
  • Food Safety Level 2 certificate obtained within the last 3 years.
  • Food Allergen certificate obtained within the last 3 years.
  • Health & Safety Level 2 certificate obtained within the last 3 years.
  • Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
  • A passion for producing high-quality, affordable food.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • A strong work ethic and enthusiasm for your role.
