Looking for bar staff jobs this summer? Join Arc and work a series of major outdoor concerts at the stunning Blenheim Palace. We're recruiting experienced bar staff, bartenders, hospitality staff and event workers to serve guests at some of the biggest live music events of the year.
Travel: Own way travel required for all shifts. Please ensure you can get to and from site before applying.

What you’ll be doing:
- Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars
- Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
- Keeping queues moving and spirits high
- Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
- Camping available for Wilderness (must have own equipment)
What we’re looking for:
- Previous bar experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
- Confidence pouring pints, serving drinks, and working at speed
- Friendly, reliable, and a team player
- Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
- A positive attitude and great customer service skills
