Join us at one of Wales\’ biggest music festivals by Cardiff Castle! Arc is hiring experienced Festival Bar and Catering Assistants for Blackweir Live, featuring artists like Alanis Morrissette, Noah Kahan, Slayer, and Stevie Wonder.
If you are a confident retail caterer or bar person who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves live music events, we want you on our team!

What We’re Looking For As A Festival Caterer:
- Experience in retail catering, festivals, or hospitality venues
- Ability to prepare hot food, serve customers, and work quickly
- Friendly, reliable, and a team player
- Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
What We’re Looking For As A Festival Bar Person:
- Experience in retail bar work at festivals or hospitality venues
- Confidence in preparing drinks, serving customers, and working quickly
- Friendly, reliable, and a team player
- Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
Experience at large-scale outdoor festivals is a plus!
Role Responsibilities:
- Serving food at high-volume festival catering facilities
- Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
- Maintaining smooth queues and high spirits
- Working long shifts in a lively, energetic environment
