We are looking for experienced chefs to work on agency.
Salary – £16.00ph – £20.00ph + holiday pay (Depending on client, role, and experience level)
While working with us, you will have the chance to work in various sites such as hotels, stadiums, events, racecourses, canteens, etc.
Experience in large-scale banqueting is preferable, but if you have a minimum of 3 years of chef experience in fast-paced environments, feel free to get in touch. Hardworking, skilled chefs with great attitudes are always welcome.

Currently hiring chefs for the following levels:
- Junior Sous Chef
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Cook to specification and participate in menu creation.
- Product delivery, standards, and innovation.
- Cleaning the kitchen and equipment.
- Record food/fridge temperatures and wastage for due diligence.
- Liaise with front of house staff and management.
- Manage stock control, waste, and finance.
- Ensure health & safety, food hygiene, and maintenance standards.
- Adhere to health and safety legislation, COSHH, and other regulations at all times.
- Enjoy competitive pay starting from £16.00 per hour plus holiday pay.

Requirements:
- Food Safety Level 2 certificate (obtained within the last 3 years).

- NVQ Level 2/3 in Professional Cookery or relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of food and passion for delivering high-quality, affordable meals, both on-the-go and sit-down.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to work hard in your role.
