Experienced Chefs Needed for evens in Yorkshire area
OVERVIEW
We are recruiting for chefs to work at racecourses & event days in Yorkshire. The sites has a variety of kitchens from fine dining banqueting to buffets for up to people
You will work as part of a brigade of chefs to achieve a successful service for your lead chef. Working on A section and helping out where needed.
Experience in large scale Banqueting is preferable, but if you have a minimum of 3 years chef experience in fast paced environments, feel free to get in touch as hard working, skilled chefs with great attitudes are always welcome.
£17.00+ Holiday = £19.04ph for this role.
You also have the choice of working with us at other venues/events and freedom to choose your shifts.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Cook to specification and opportunity for menu creation.
- Product Delivery, Standards and Innovation
- Liaising with Front of House Staff and Management.
- Stock Control, Waste Management and Finance
- Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Maintenance
- Be aware of and adhere to Health and Safety at Work, COSHH and other legislation at all times.

What are we looking for?
- Valid food hygiene certificate. You will have an NVQ Level 2/3 Professional Cookery or relevant experience in the role.
- Good Knowledge of food and passion for delivering high quality, affordable, on-the-go and sit-down meals.
- Eligible to work in the UK
- An eagerness to work hard & enthusiasm for your role
