Arc is hiring experienced Bar Staff to join our team at Northampton Saints for ongoing shifts throughout the season! Love the buzz of live sport? What you'll be doing:
- Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars
- Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
- Keeping queues moving and spirits high
- Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
What we're looking for:
- Previous bar experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
- Confidence pouring pints, serving drinks, and working at speed
- Friendly, reliable, and a team player
- Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
- A positive attitude and great customer service skills
