We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter to work in the Woodbridge area. This is a full-time, temporary role ongoing. You will be completing planned and reactive works for maintenance projects and be part of a growing family run business based in Woodbridge.

Duties & Responsibilities of a Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter:

  • Full installation of kitchen and bathroom upgrades as part of a planned works upgrade programme.
  • Effective and efficient installation of bathrooms and kitchens, including all associated works within both occupied and void properties using the required tools.
  • Assessing and carrying out accurate planned repairs efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensuring that the work is undertaken in a timely manner, whilst maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
  • Managing customer enquiries, responding in a professional manner coordinating with our Operations Centre.

Desirable Experience of a Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter:

  • The ability to read drawings
  • Basic decorating skills
  • Ceramic tiling
  • Floor levelling
  • Laying of floor tiles
  • Basic Plumbing and Carpentry skills

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven track record to reflect appropriate trade experience with Kitchen and Bathroom modification
  • A good knowledge of the general building and construction industry
  • Good understanding and knowledge of basic Health and Safety
  • Full UK Driving License
