For this position, you must have the following:
- CSCS Managers card or equivalent
- SMSTS
- City and Guilds Skilled Competent Person Electrical Low Voltage Awareness (CPLV)
- City and Guilds High Voltage Awareness (HVASM)
- MEWP Training
- Manual Handling Training
- First Aid Training
- Meetings and Negotiation Training
- Time Management Training
Manage day-to-day site activities and supervise installation teams. Ensure all personnel complete site inductions and follow site safety procedures. Ensure RAMS are approved, understood, and signed before work begins. Complete and submit all required HSE documentation, toolbox talks, and safety reports. Prepare weekly look-ahead programmes and coordinate daily workloads. Attend site safety meetings and communicate key information to site teams. Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and in line with QAQC standards. Report delays, variations, and site issues to senior management. Ensure labour, tools, plant, materials, and equipment are available on site. Monitor workforce competency, training, and safe working practices. Prepare and submit QAQC and project documentation upon completion of works. Complete and submit daily work records and labour allocation sheets. Monitor project budgets and labour costing performance. Maintain accurate project registers for variations, delays, and materials.
This temporary work for a Site Manager is for an ongoing duration, across different commercial and industrial projects. You must have previous proven experience in commercial and industrial.
