Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of major commercial construction projects with one of the UK’s leading Tier 1 contractors? We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected main contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work across the East of England. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based in Bury St Edmunds, working on high-profile projects valued between 45m and 70m.

The Role

As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of large-scale construction projects from pre-construction through to final account. Working closely with the Commercial Manager and Project Team, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered profitably while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
