ARC Group is recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for a permanent position in Heybridge, Essex. You will support the Site Manager with day-to-day management of a residential development, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress and ensuring quality and safety standards.
You should have experience in traditional build residential housing, NHBC knowledge, and a Level 4 NVQ in construction site supervision or management, plus a full UK driving licence.
