Location: Travelling to Ipswich, Woodbridge areas
Rate of pay: 200 per day CIS using own van
Property maintenance and refurbishment company providing repairs, compliance, fire safety, and retrofit services in social housing.
Requirements for the role:
- Uplifting vinyl floors then applying latex
- Removal and refitting of toilets and basins
- Removal and refitting of radiators
- Multi trade duties including plumbing, basic carpentry, painting and decorating
- DBS required
Desirable experience:
- Previous experience working on contracts within social housing
- Experience working in occupied residential properties and void properties
- Multi-skilled in all trades with plumbing being the main trade
