Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office? We’re looking for a capable and flexible Personal Assistant to support the Vice CEO of a dynamic and growing haulage company.

About the Role:

You will play a key role in supporting the Vice CEO with administrative and organisational tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Vice CEO’s calendar and scheduling appointments
  • Drafting and formatting documents, reports, and emails
  • Organising meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Handling correspondence and filtering communications

  • Assisting with general office administration as needed
