I’m currently working with a highly reputable Tier 1 M&E contractor who are looking to strengthen their design and technical team with the appointment of an experienced Revit Modeller. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, well-established business with a strong reputation for delivering complex and large scale commercial and industrial projects across the UK.

The successful candidate will play a key role in producing and developing high-quality 3D models and coordinated design information across major M&E projects, working closely with design, engineering and project delivery teams.

The Role
  • Producing and developing detailed Revit models for large-scale M&E projects
  • Working across mechanical and electrical building services disciplines
  • Supporting the coordination of services within complex commercial and industrial environments
  • Collaborating with engineers, designers, project teams and other stakeholders
  • Identifying and resolving clashes through effective model coordination
  • Producing accurate drawings, layouts and technical information
  • Working to project deadlines and maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong experience using Revit within an M&E / building services environment
  • Experience working on large-scale commercial, industrial or complex construction projects
  • A strong understanding of MEP coordination and technical drawing requirements
  • The ability to interpret technical design information and develop detailed models
  • Experience working within a structured Tier 1 contractor, consultancy or major subcontractor environment would be advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a wider design and project team
