About the Role

A growing, friendly local team is looking for a reliable and adaptable 3.5t Driver / Servicing Operative. In this role, you’ll be on the road delivering, collecting, and servicing portable toilets and towable welfare units for commercial clients and the general public across the area. If you take pride in maintaining equipment, enjoy working independently on the road, and bring a professional, friendly attitude to customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Servicing & Maintenance: Pump out, service, restock, and clean portable toilets and mobile welfare units to high standards.
  • Deliveries & Collections: Transport, deliver, and position units safely for business customers and public events.
  • Vehicle & Asset Care: Maintain company equipment and ensure vehicle hygiene and basic upkeep are kept to standard.
  • Customer Interaction: Act as a helpful, professional point of contact when on-site.

Requirements

  • Driving Licence: Valid UK Category B (3.5t) licence.
  • Personality: Approachable, flexible, and ready to adapt to changing daily schedules.
  • Availability: Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends during peak seasonal periods.

Desirable Experience (Training Provided):

  • Towing trailers/welfare units (experience preferred, but full training given).
  • Safe load securing, lashing, and strapping.
  • Hold a valid Digital Tachograph card (or be willing to obtain one if taken on permanently).
