We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established property maintenance and construction business delivering repairs, voids, and planned maintenance works for housing associations and local authority clients. They manage a wide range of reactive and larger multi-trade projects and are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and efficient project coordination.
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Technical Planner to strengthen their planning and coordination team and support the successful delivery of larger multi-trade maintenance projects. Our client is looking for a proactive, organised, and solutions-focused individual who can confidently take ownership of the planning and coordination of larger maintenance works.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how repairs and maintenance projects are delivered operationally and will be able to coordinate works in a logical, efficient, and commercially aware manner. They will be comfortable liaising with operatives, subcontractors, surveyors, and management teams to ensure projects are planned effectively and completed within client KPIs and target timescales.
