Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead an established commercial department and play a key role in the future success of the business. Progressing to Commercial Manager and long-term Commercial Director, we are looking for someone ambitious to progress.
The Opportunity:
- This is a leadership position offering the opportunity to oversee the commercial performance of a diverse portfolio of high-end construction projects ranging from 100k to 10m.
- Reporting directly to the Projects Director and Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving commercial excellence across the business while providing project management support and mentoring an experienced commercial team.
