Electrical Construction Manager Norfolk / Cambridgeshire with future Suffolk projects Circa 70,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join a leading Tier 1 main contractor, working across a strong pipeline of technically demanding projects throughout Norfolk and Cambridgeshire, with potential future projects in Suffolk.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the electrical construction delivery of major laboratory, healthcare and technically complex building projects, working alongside experienced project and commercial teams to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
The Role The Electrical Construction Manager will oversee the day-to-day electrical construction activities on site, coordinating subcontractors, site teams and project stakeholders from mobilisation through to completion.
Key responsibilities will include: Managing the delivery of electrical installations across major laboratory and healthcare projects.
Coordinating electrical subcontractors and specialist contractors on site.
Planning and sequencing works to ensure programmes are achieved.
Working closely with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, design teams and the wider construction team.
Monitoring progress, quality, workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
