ARC Group are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Handyman / Multi-Trader for a commercial construction site in Cambridge. This is a great opportunity to secure work on a busy project, supporting site operations with a range of trade skills and general duties.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Carrying out general snagging, making good, and finishing works
- Minor carpentry, patch plastering, tiling, and painting
- Basic plumbing and general repairs (non-qualified tasks)
- Site maintenance, including upkeep of welfare facilities and walkways
- Supporting site managers and trades as needed
- Ensuring all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently
Requirements:
- Previous site-based experience in a handyman or multi-trader role
- Skilled across a range of trades particularly carpentry and painting
- Valid CSCS card essential
- Own tools and full PPE
- Good work ethic, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
