As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a practical, hands-on Gardener to join the team.\\n\\nThe Role\\n This is a varied and active role that involves maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of multiple sites. You’ll be working both indoors and outdoors, providing a high standard of service across a range of tasks.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities Include:\\n\\nLawn care and regular grass cutting\\n\\nSeasonal pruning, deadheading, and upkeep of plant beds\\n\\nRegular weeding, including weed-killing treatments\\n\\nLitter picking and leaf removal to maintain tidy grounds\\n\\nGeneral caretaking, including cleaning and light maintenance tasks\\n\\nTesting emergency lighting and fire alarm systems (full training provided)\\n\\nCarrying out Planned Maintenance checks, such as light switch inspections and lamp replacements\\n\\nKey Details\\n\\nSalary: £26,000 per annum\\n\\nHours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm\\n\\nHoliday: 20 days plus Bank Holidays and your birthday off\\n\\nFull-time, permanent role\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For\\n\\nA valid UK Driving Licence (maximum of 3 points)\\n\\nSomeone living within a reasonable distance to Cambridge – local applicants especially welcome\\n\\nPrevious experience in gardening, cleaning, or both\\n\\nA proactive, dependable team player with a strong work ethic\\n\\nWhy Apply?\\n This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, professional team within a company that takes pride in its service and staff.
