ARC Cambridge is working on behalf of a well-established and respected Facilities Management company that services commercial properties across the Cambridge area. As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a practical, hands-on Gardener to join the team.
The Role
This is a varied and active role that involves maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of multiple sites. You ll be working both indoors and outdoors, providing a high standard of service across a range of tasks.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Lawn care and regular grass cutting

Seasonal pruning, deadheading, and upkeep of plant beds

Regular weeding, including weed-killing treatments

Litter picking and leaf removal to maintain tidy grounds

General caretaking, including cleaning and light maintenance tasks

Testing emergency lighting and fire alarm systems (full training provided)

Carrying out Planned Maintenance checks, such as light switch inspections and lamp replacements

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am 4:00pm

Holiday: 20 days plus Bank Holidays and your birthday off
