Plumber – New Build Residential Buckinghamshire £240 per day CIS We are currently recruiting for experienced Plumbers to join a growing and well-established contractor working across a range of new build residential developments throughout Buckinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated plumbers looking for long-term contract work with a business that offers a strong pipeline of projects and ongoing opportunities. Plumber Duties & Responsibilities • 1st and 2nd fix plumbing on new build residential properties • Bathroom installations • Central heating and boiler installations • Gas carcass installations (where qualified) • Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) installations • Underfloor heating (UFH) installations • Customer care and remedial works • General plumbing duties as required • Working to high standards of quality and safety on occupied and unoccupied plots Plumber Requirements • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (minimum) • Valid CSCS Card • Public Liability/Indemnity Insurance • Own transport and tools • Strong new build residential experience Desirable Qualifications & Experience • Gas Safe qualification (required when working on gas sites) • Unvented Hot Water qualification • ASHP commissioning experience • Experience with underfloor heating systems Plumber Package • £240 per day CIS • Long-term contract opportunity • Ongoing work across multiple residential developments • Opportunity to work with modern heating technologies including ASHP systems • Immediate starts available If you are an experienced Plumber looking for a new opportunity within the residential sector, we'd like to hear from you.
