I'm currently working with a well-established construction business that is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee a social housing development in Market Harborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation delivering a high-quality residential scheme, with responsibility for managing the day-to-day delivery of the project from site start through to completion.
The Role
- Managing the day-to-day operations on site
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site teams
- Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained
- Monitoring programme, progress and quality
- Managing site logistics and resources
- Working closely with the wider project team to ensure successful delivery
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship throughout the development
- Ensuring the project is delivered in line with company procedures and client expectations
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a Site Manager within residential construction, ideally with experience delivering social housing or similar residential developments. You will be organised, commercially aware and confident managing subcontractors and site teams, with a strong focus on quality, safety and programme delivery.
The Package
- £60,000 - £65,000 basic salary
- £5,000 car allowance
- 20% annual bonus
