ARC Group Ipswich are looking for a motivated, organised and people-focused Managed Account Consultant to join our growing team. No previous recruitment experience is required — full training will be provided. We’re looking for someone who is confident communicating with people, highly organised, able to solve problems quickly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day requirements of 60+ HGV drivers working on a key client contract. This is a hands-on role involving regular communication with drivers and the client, both verbally and in writing, as well as weekly site visits.

What the role involves:

  • Managing the day-to-day requirements of 60+ HGV drivers on a contracted account
  • Communicating with drivers and clients both verbally and in writing
  • Building strong working relationships with drivers and our VIP client
  • Attending weekly site visits with the client and drivers
  • Handling day-to-day issues and resolving problems quickly and effectively
  • Coordinating driver requirements and ensuring the contract runs smoothly
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing basic administrative tasks
  • Being available for out-of-hours and weekend on-call requirements when necessary
  • Working closely with the wider team to ensure excellent service is maintained

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent Romanian and English — both spoken and written
  • Previous recruitment experience is not required
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills
  • Confident communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive approach to problem solving
  • Basic computer skills
  • Reliable, professional and able to work independently
  • Comfortable dealing with a large number of drivers and managing multiple requirements
  • Full UK driving licence and own car essential
  • Flexible and willing to participate in an out-of-hours/weekend on-call rota
  • Available to start immediately or within the next month
