QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR / CO-ORDINATOR Luton | Major M&E Project | £50,000–£60,000 Candidate Eligability  Applicants must have the existing right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this position. A leading M&E contractor is looking to appoint a Quality Assurance Supervisor / Coordinator to support a major project. The role will take responsibility for overseeing QA, inspection, testing and handover activities across the project, working closely with the site management team, engineers, specialist subcontractors, client representatives and consultants. Key responsibilities include: Managing and maintaining QA and commissioning trackers Carrying out quality inspections of M&E installations and subcontractor works Ensuring works comply with specifications, drawings, technical submittals and relevant standards Coordinating inspections, witness testing and trade-to-trade handovers Identifying and reporting defects, with supporting photographic evidence Coordinating QA and testing documentation through to handover Producing testing look-ahead schedules and regular QA progress reports Ensuring red-line drawings and handover documentation are completed accurately Liaising with main contractors, consultants, clerks of works and client teams Supporting site management with quality, commissioning and handover requirements The ideal candidate will have a strong M&E/building services background with previous experience in a QA, quality control, commissioning or site-based coordination role. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively across multiple project stakeholders are essential. This is a site-based opportunity working on a significant M&E project with a well-established contractor.
