- Meetings and Negotiation Training

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site activities and supervise installation teams.
- Ensure all personnel complete site inductions and follow site safety procedures.
- Ensure RAMS are approved, understood, and signed before work begins.
- Complete and submit all required HSE documentation, toolbox talks, and safety reports.
- Prepare weekly look-ahead programmes and coordinate daily workloads.
- Attend site safety meetings and communicate key information to site teams.
- Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and in line with QAQC standards.
- Report delays, variations, and site issues to senior management.
- Ensure labour, tools, plant, materials, and equipment are available on site.
- Monitor workforce competency, training, and safe working practices.
- Prepare and submit QAQC and project documentation upon completion of works.
- Complete and submit daily work records and labour allocation sheets.
- Monitor project budgets and labour costing performance.
- Maintain accurate project registers for variations, delays, and materials.
