Due to securing a new contract in the Grantham area, ARC is looking for reliable and hardworking Multi Traders to join our client who specialises in social housing.
The Role: You’ll be carrying out a variety of property maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties, including:
- General repairs and maintenance
- Basic plumbing and carpentry
- Painting and decorating
- Patch plastering
- General handyman duties
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard with excellent customer service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in property maintenance or a similar trade
- Multi-skilled with a good all-round knowledge of building maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional and customer-focused
- Own tools preferred
