Job Title: Multi Trade Job Type: Temporary on going works Location: Grantham and surrounding areas Rate of pay: CIS £180 per day using own van - mileage paid 20p after 25 miles Due to securing a new contract in the Grantham area, ARC is looking for reliable and hardworking Multi Traders to join our client who specialises in social housing. The Role: You'll be carrying out a variety of property maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties, including: General repairs and maintenance Basic plumbing and carpentry Painting and decorating Patch plastering General handyman duties Ensuring work is completed to a high standard with excellent customer service What We're Looking For: Experience in property maintenance or a similar trade Multi-skilled with a good all-round knowledge of building maintenance Full UK driving licence Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, professional and customer-focused Own tools preferred BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR ARC Working with one of the leading Recruitment agencies with 18 years within the marketplace, recruiting for many of the region’s leading companies.
