ARC are currently looking for an Estimator with a commercial background to join a growing property maintenance and refurbishment company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for maintenance, repair, and refurbishment projects.
- Review specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Conduct site visits to assess project scope and costs.
- Support tender submissions and pricing proposals.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate project costing.
Requirements:
- Previous estimating experience within property maintenance, construction, or refurbishment.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
