We’re currently recruiting 2 experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation in Epping. This is a fantastic opportunity offering long-term stability and a permanent position after 12 weeks!
Shifts Available:
- Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 15:00
- Tuesday to Saturday: 06:00 – 15:00
Pay & Benefits:
- £14.00 per hour (initial 12 weeks)
- Permanent contract after 12 weeks
- £32,835 annual salary once permanent
- Includes £3,000 performance/attendance bonus (after probation)
- 45-hour working week
- 30-minute paid break
Duties Include:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading goods
- Moving stock within the warehouse
- Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
- Following all health & safety procedures
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (in-date)
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work as part of a team
