Electrical Manager\\n Location: Cambridge\\n Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum (DOE)\\n Job Type: Full-time, Permanent\\n\\nARC is recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an experienced Electrical Manager to oversee and deliver electrical services across domestic and commercial projects up to £100k in value.\\n\\nThis is a senior role requiring strong technical knowledge, leadership, and client-facing ability. The successful candidate will play a key part in managing projects, ensuring compliance, developing business opportunities, and supporting wider MEPH operations.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nUndertake Electrical QS responsibilities, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.\\nManage all aspects of electrical service delivery (domestic & commercial) for projects up to £100k.\\nLiaise and work closely with the MEPH large projects division to ensure seamless integration.\\nOversee labour allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources across projects.\\nMaintain strong focus on health & safety, quality, and environmental compliance.\\nPrepare quotations, design solutions, and deliver projects to specification and budget.\\nDevelop new business opportunities while building on existing client relationships.\\nProvide exceptional customer service, acting as the main point of contact for clients.\\nWork as a collaborative team player, supporting colleagues and leading by example.\\nSkills & Qualifications:\\n\\nProven experience as an Electrical Manager or similar senior-level role.\\nStrong technical background with Electrical QS experience (essential).\\nNVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation and City & Guilds 18th Edition (BS7671).\\nExperience managing projects up to £100k across domestic and commercial settings.\\nExcellent leadership and people management skills.\\nStrong commercial acumen, with the ability to prepare and manage quotations.\\nHealth & Safety, Quality, and Environmental awareness.\\nExceptional communication and customer service skills.\\nFull, clean UK driving licence.\\nBenefits:\\n\\nSalary in the region of £55,000 – £60,000 per year (depending on experience).\\nCompany car/van, phone, and uniform provided.\\n23 days holiday (plus bank holidays).\\nCompany events.\\nPermanent role with long-term progression opportunities.\\nIf you are an experienced Electrical Manager seeking a challenging and rewarding role within a respected organisation, we’d love to hear from you.\\n\\n To apply, please send your CV to Laura Curtis at
