ARC is looking for reliable and skilled Multi-Trade Carpenter to join our client, a well-established contractor specialising in social housing maintenance and repairs.
The Role: You will be carrying out a range of maintenance and repair works within occupied and void properties, including:
- 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
- Hanging doors, fitting locks, skirting boards and kitchen repairs
- Basic plumbing
- Patch plastering
- Painting and decorating
- General property maintenance and multi-trade repairs
What Weβre Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter within property maintenance, repairs or social housing
- Strong carpentry skills with the ability to carry out additional multi-trade works
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
- Professional, reliable and customer-focused
- Own tools
