ARC Group is continuing to grow, and we are now looking to appoint two Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding Cambridge office, specialising in the Construction sector.
These are two exciting opportunities for ambitious individuals who want to build a successful career within recruitment and play a key role in the continued growth of our Cambridge team.

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in Construction, you will be responsible for developing your own client and candidate base and building a successful desk within the sector.
- Developing and managing new and existing client relationships
- Winning new business through business development, networking and relationship building
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates across the Construction sector
- Building a strong network of candidates and industry contacts
- Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
- Providing a high level of service to both clients and candidates
- Working towards and exceeding individual targets
- Taking ownership of your desk and contributing to the wider growth of the Cambridge office
About You
- Experienced within recruitment, ideally with a background in Construction, or have a strong sales/business development background
- Driven, ambitious and motivated by achieving results
- Confident and professional when communicating with clients and candidates
- Resilient and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Natural relationship builders with a strong commercial mindset
- Keen to learn, develop and progress their careers
- Full driving licence holders
