ARC is currently looking for an experienced electrician to manage a small electrical team for Redditch Council.
Duties of the role:
- Coordinating and carrying out pre and post inspections on contractors' electrical and other associated domestic/communal works.
- Responding to technical queries in relation to responsive repairs, EICRs and other electrical and security services.
- Managing the Electrical compliance Electricians carrying out fire alarm testing and routine maintenance, and emergency lighting, security lighting, door entry system checks and routine maintenance and communal spaces meter readings.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience at a senior level within the Electrical industry in an operational role to include but not limited to electrical servicing, repairs and electrical installations.
- Experience diagnosing and repairing any electrical systems.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical installations, associated repairs, fault finding and safe isolation procedures.
- Testing & Inspection: 2391 or 2394/5.
- Full valid driving licence.
