ARC is currently looking for Multi Traders with experience in social housing to carry out a range of maintenance tasks across occupied homes and void properties.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake 1st and 2nd fix carpentry works including doors, frames, skirting, architraves and basic structural repairs.
  • Carry out plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing taps, toilets, traps and minor pipework.
  • Diagnose faults and complete effective, long‑lasting repairs in occupied and void properties.

Qualifications

  • Carpentry, plumbing, painting and plastering skills.
