This role will suit an experienced Civils Supervisor / Groundworks Supervisor who is confident managing gangs on site while remaining hands-on when required.
Duties will include:
- Supervising civils and groundworks teams on site
- Overseeing trenching, trench boxes, duct laying and kerbing works
- Ensuring H&S standards are met at all times
- Daily coordination of site activities and progress reporting
- Checking plant and equipment
- Supporting with manual handling and general site duties when required
Qualifications:
- Valid CSCS Card
- SSSTS (essential)
- Strong background in civils / groundworks supervision
- Experience on infrastructure or utilities projects (highly desirable)
- Additional tickets (plant, dumper, excavator etc.) advantageous
- Ability to lead from the front and support site teams
