We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee a small number of commercial projects, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish. This is a hands-on role, supporting site teams and keeping projects on track.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing a couple of commercial electrical projects at any one time
- Supporting site teams to ensure smooth day-to-day project delivery
- Managing programmes, labour, and materials
- Assisting with coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitoring progress, quality, and health & safety
- Liaising with clients and attending site meetings where required
- Helping ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Qualifications / Skills
- Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager (commercial preferred)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Practical, problem-solving mindset
- Able to manage and support multiple sites effectively
- Based within reasonable commuting distance of Southampton
Salary & Benefits
Salary circa £45k–£50k (DOE)
