We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee a small number of commercial projects, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish. This is a hands-on role, supporting site teams and keeping projects on track.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing a couple of commercial electrical projects at any one time
  • Supporting site teams to ensure smooth day-to-day project delivery
  • Managing programmes, labour, and materials
  • Assisting with coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Monitoring progress, quality, and health & safety
  • Liaising with clients and attending site meetings where required
  • Helping ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Qualifications / Skills

  • Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager (commercial preferred)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Practical, problem-solving mindset
  • Able to manage and support multiple sites effectively
  • Based within reasonable commuting distance of Southampton

Salary & Benefits

Salary circa £45k–£50k (DOE)
