Responsibilities

  • Assisting the estimating team with pricing and tender submissions
  • Producing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
  • Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations and pricing information
  • Managing and organising project and tender documentation
  • Ensuring all information is accurately recorded and submitted within deadlines

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within construction, social housing, estimating, or commercial administration
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent Excel and spreadsheet management skills
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of construction processes
  • Confident communication skills when dealing with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience within social housing or refurbishment projects is advantageous
