Overview
I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established electrical contractor currently delivering major projects in Cambridge. They are looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee electrical packages on large-scale developments. This opportunity would suit a Site Manager with experience on complex builds. A background working with Tier 1 contractors is highly desirable, however strong candidates from reputable Tier 2 contractors with relevant project experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of electrical works on site
- Managing labour, subcontractors, and materials
- Coordinating with the main contractor and other trades
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
- Maintaining site documentation and quality control
Experience working as an Electrical Site Manager or Supervisor on similar projects. Tier 1 contractor experience preferred but not essential. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. SMSTS, ECS/CSCS, and relevant electrical qualifications advantageous.
If only basic hours are worked, the equivalent annual salary is £61,425, with clear opportunity to earn more through overtime beyond the standard 44-hour week.
