The predicted salary is between 40500 - 49500 £ per year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the site s general M&E plant, carrying out both reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure all systems remain safe, compliant and operational.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance across the site.
- Manage and maintain general M&E plant and building services.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors working on site.
- Oversee and support two Fabric Technicians.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and other site stakeholders.
- Ensure maintenance activities are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
- Assist with maintaining a safe, compliant and efficiently operated site.
- Paid annual leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Weekly pay with a 1 hour pay resolution guarantee.
- Pension contribution (after 3 months continuous service).
