The Role
Reporting to the Sales Director, this home-based role will be responsible for driving sales growth across a dedicated UK territory. The BDM will identify new business opportunities, develop existing customer relationships, and promote a comprehensive range of abrasives, welding consumables and industrial products using a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify and secure new end-user business opportunities across the territory
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and customer visits
- Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations and on-site customer trials
- Promote the company's range of abrasives, welding consumables and industrial products
