We are working with a leading global business which is expanding significantly in the UK. A new opportunity has been created for a Senior Legal Counsel to lead on financial services legal compliance for B2C lending as well as supporting the business with a broad range of commercial and contractual work.

Hybrid working at HQ in the West Midlands. Forming part of a UK based Legal team and reporting into the General Counsel, you will work closely with stakeholders and advise across a range of legal areas with a focus on:

  • Leading on retail finance arrangements from retail finance agreements to legal compliance, advertising and marketing promotions.
  • Drafting, negotiating, and advising on a full range of commercial contracts – supply and procurement contracts, distribution agreements, technology, and customer contracts.
  • Supporting the business with wider legal areas such as marketing, IP, disputes and general compliance.
