An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Lawyer to join a global group at a key stage of growth and transformation. The Role

A broad, commercially focused in-house position with high levels of visibility and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a business partner to procurement, sales and marketing teams
  • Drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts (supply, procurement, distribution and customer agreements)
  • Advising on marketing, brand and IP-related matters
  • Supporting on a variety of day-to-day legal and commercial issues

Candidate Profile

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment

Package & Flexibility

  • Full-time or 4 days per week
  • Hybrid working (in the West Midlands)
