The Role
A broad, commercially focused in-house position with high levels of visibility and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Acting as a business partner to procurement, sales and marketing teams
- Drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts (supply, procurement, distribution and customer agreements)
- Advising on marketing, brand and IP-related matters
- Supporting on a variety of day-to-day legal and commercial issues

Candidate Profile
- Qualified lawyer with at least 7 years commercial contracts experience (private practice or in-house) and experience in marketing or IP would be beneficial.

- Comfortable working across a broad and evolving remit
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
Package & Flexibility
- Full-time or 4 days per week
