A core part of the bank’s activities is the derivatives and clearing business, which sits within the wider Prime Services and Securities Lending team. Advising on the interpretation and implementation of new regulatory initiatives;
You will form part of a highly regarded legal team that the business looks to for commercially minded solutions, not just technical advice, so you must be a lawyer with sound commercial acumen and be adept at relaying your advice to non-lawyers. As such, you will likely hail from a relevant in-house legal team or be in private practice with in-house experience from a secondment.
