The EMEA legal team is now looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their legal team, initially for an approx. The development of employment policies, procedures and templates/contracts across the UK business in line with company strategy and legislative change; Management of external HR legal advice and costs where needed, including those associated with employee litigation and disputes.
Close collaboration with HR Business Partners and Employee Relations colleagues in change management initiatives, to minimise legal risk and ensure better outcomes for employees and the business.
