The Opportunity
Working closely with an experienced Senior Legal Counsel, you’ll become an integral part of a collaborative and forward-thinking Group Legal function. This isn’t a narrow role. You’ll gain exposure to a diverse and high-quality legal matters, including:
- Commercial contracts and agreements
- Dispute resolution
- Real estate and environmental matters
- Corporate and regulatory work

What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice across the business
- Draft and negotiate contracts, claims, and settlements
- Support key projects and strategic initiatives
- Help design and deliver legal training to stakeholders
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting the business
- Build relationships with internal teams and external law firms
- Contribute to continuous improvement, including the use of AI and legal tech
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Newly Qualified (or soon to qualify) solicitor with broad commercial exposure
- Strong communication skills – able to translate legal into business language
- Commercial awareness and sound judgement
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Desirable:
- Interest or experience in legal tech / AI
- Exposure to process improvement or innovation in legal services
