Commercial Lawyer (3–7 PQE)
A leading FTSE 100 organisation is seeking a Commercial Lawyer to join its well‑established in‑house legal team. This newly created role offers exposure to high‑quality commercial work and significant renewables and strategic commercial projects.
The Role
- Support the organisation’s expanding renewables and commercial business on innovative and business‑critical projects
- Advise on a broad range of commercial contracts, including large‑scale and complex agreements
- Partner closely with commercial and operational stakeholders
- Contribute to a variety of wider legal matters across the business
- Work from Midlands‑based HQ with additional regional sites
- Hybrid working – applications considered for 4 or 5 day working patterns
